What is the delivery time?
Our delivery time is typically 3–14 days. We know waiting isn’t always fun, so here’s the good news: this window lets us ship directly from our trusted partners, carefully prepare your order, and run a final quality check before it leaves. That means fewer middlemen, better prices, and products that arrive exactly as they should.
Most orders show up closer to the early end of that range, and you’ll receive tracking as soon as your package is on the way. Thanks for your patience — we promise it’s worth it!
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, it’s possible to modify or cancel it. However, once your order has been processed, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
Can i return my order? How?
Do you want to return your order for a refund or replacement? No worries! We have a simple return policy. Go to our Returns Policy page, print and fill out the form, and include it with your return shipment.
I placed an order during the sale. Can I return my order?
Yes, all sale items can be returned. If you want to return items purchased during a promotion, make sure to send back all products if you want to receive a full refund. Want to keep one or more items? No worries. Please note that the order amount will be recalculated based on the products you choose to keep.
